Aubrey's first trip to the dentist

Aubrey had been complaining for several days that her lower, front teeth were hurting, so we took her to the dentist for her first cleaning and evaluation. She let them check her teeth and take an x-ray, but that's as far as she would let them go on her first visit without one of us sitting with her, which the dentist does not allow. Turns out, she is having referred pain in her front teeth from her molars coming in. It's been two weeks now, and she still pulls at her teeth and bites on everything (except us, thank goodness). She actually gnawed a chunk out of the edge of our kitchen table, which otherwise, she would never do if she weren't hurting so bad. Still no sign of the molars, though.

Ever since her trip to the dentist, Aubrey has been wanting to check everyone's teeth, including her baby doll. She says, "Let me get my flashlight."
