It took us 4 1/2 months of working on weekends here and there, but we finally finished decorating Aubrey's "big girl" bedroom. It is pink and green with butterflies and frogs, and she LOVES it.
Mommy spent several late nights and early mornings sewing the buttons onto the French bulletin board she made to hold all of Aubrey's paintings and drawings without having to use push pins.
This is one of Aubrey's favorite pictures on her bulletin board. It is a drawing of the
Wizard of Oz characters: (left to right) Scarecrow on a stick with grass underneath, Witch in black, Dorothy (see the ruby slippers?), Lion, Tinman, and yellow brick road at the bottom.
Aubrey also does a terrific job of coloring within the lines.
