Visiting Grandmama and Granddaddy this summer

Before leaving, Aubrey drew a picture for Grandmama to put on her refrigerator. This was Aubrey's first time to draw a "scene." Left - right: a tree, Addison, Aubrey, and a sunshine.
The first thing Aubrey wanted to do when she arrived was to play with Grandmama's Disney's figurines (she calls them "the Mickey people").
It rained the first day, so instead of getting in the pool, the girls painted pictures for Grandmama and Granddaddy.

The girls always look forward to a nature walk at their home in the North GA mountains.

Grandmama's big bathtub with lots of bubbles is a great substitute for getting in the pool.
Aubrey likes to make a bubble beard and decided that Daddy needed one, too.
We thought it was hilarious that Granddaddy opened his mouth every time he fed Addison a spoonful of ice cream.
Grandmama had lots of good playtime with the girls.
The next day, the weather was nice enough to get into the new kiddie pool but not the big pool. The girls weren't sure what to think at first about the whale that sprayed water on them.
As usual, Aubrey found lots of things to water with her watering can, and spent lots of time carefully picking flowers for Grandmama.
