Celebrating Christmas with our families

Although both of our girls were sick during the 1 1/2 weeks that Daddy was off for the holidays (4 Dr. visits in 12 days), we still had a wonderful Christmas and managed to spend some time with our extended family.
We spent just a couple of hours with Nana and Papa Nash and family on Christmas day.
Nana is showing Addison and Aubrey the soft books that Aunt Terry had made especially for the girls.
Cousin Ryan (and his girlfriend Katelyn) are reading to Aubrey the book they gave her.

Before leaving, we tried to get a nice Christmas photo of the girls with their grandparents, but Aubrey wanted to be silly instead.
The day after Christmas, we went to North Augusta for a brief visit with Nana and Grandpa Hamilton and Aunt Beth and family.
Addison loves her new mailbox (from Nana and Grandpa) and tapping bench (from Aunt Beth and family).
She also received a cuddly sock monkey.

Cousin Makayla is showing Aubrey how to operate the new doll Nana and Grandpa gave her, but Addison seems to like it best.
Aubrey also received a new game that she likes very much.

We surprised Nana and Aunt Beth with pictures of all four cousins.

Our sick little girls were tired, but we were thankful that they were well enough for us to spend the time with our families.
